2. Is my connection Encryption? - Prevents Prying Eyes when your connected.

• Your data that is sent between the Online PC and your NX client using industry standard SSH encryption. It provides strong authentication and secure communications over unsecure channels.

3. Is my streaming section also Encrypted?

Of course. It is encrypted using industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. The same security used by financial intitutions to secure your on-line banking experience.

4: Can I get trial Online PC account prior to purchase?

Sorry we do not offer trial accounts for security reasons. We will however issue a refund if the account you ordered does not work for you within the first 30 days.

5. What ports should be open on my Firewall or Router for it to work?

No ports should be open. By default port 22 is open in 99.99% of all Firewall and Routers. Please please contact us if you do ecounter any problems.

6. What operating systems does the NX client support?

The NX client supports all the major operating systems including the following. Windows, Mac OSX, Linux, Solaris.

7. How secure is my Online PC Data?

It is as secure as you want it to be. If your not concerned about potential breaches then it's only as secure as the Ubuntu operating system. In many ways more secure than your average Windows system.  If you want nearly 100% security store any confidential data within a True-Crypt container.
